The Division of Logistics Services operates supply stores in convenient campus locations. At the stores, employees can purchase office and laboratory supplies for official use. We offer NIH employees walk-in shopping service for emergency or small quantity orders of stock items.
The foremost objective of these stores is to provide quality stock in a fast, efficient and economical manner.

Building 10 Self-Service Store - located in building 10, room B1n-105; telephone number 301-496-2051; open 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (M-F)

NOTE: The 5:00 p.m. closing time for the Self Service Stores is the time the computerized registers shut down. Please have your items charged through the register before 5:00 p.m.
You can shop at any of our Self-Service Stores if you have a valid Self-Service Charge Card (available from your Administrative Officer) and your NIH identification card. Self-Service Store charge plates that have been lost of stolen must be reported to the Division of Logistics Services on 496-3517. The lost plate will be canceled automatically at all Self-Service Stores and will not be honored for future purchases. A new card request must be initiated by your Administrative Officer.
When visiting the stores, please do not open the sealed packages on the shelves. If you have any questions concerning the item, please ask the store clerk for help.

A list of all supplies purchased for each common account (CAN) is sent monthly to your Administrative Officer for final review.
